Heath E. Hardcastle
Heath practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, construction litigation and real estate litigation. He has extensive experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in business and business tort litigation and partnership disputes, real estate litigation, including out-of- court dispute resolution.
Since 1990, Heath has represented entities and individuals in a wide range of matters including contract disputes, intellectual property disputes, business torts, trucking accident defense, construction litigation, horse racing and gaming, receiverships, bankruptcies and commercial and residential real estate development and litigation.
