James W. Rusher


 

Jim has a broad spectrum of experience but primarily practices in the areas of commercial litigation, collections, construction litigation, family law, probate and estate planning. For over 30 years he has represented national and local companies of all sizes and individuals in a wide range of disputes, including, contract disputes, business torts, construction litigation, disputes between shareholders and partners and intellectual property disputes. He has represented creditors in all types of collection matters including replevins, foreclosures, collection of unsecured debts, enforcement of rights in bankruptcy and forcible entry and detainer actions. In addition he has represented women and men in divorce cases and performed estate planning for a large number of people.

His expertise and professionalism has earned him recognition by his peers as a Super Lawyer, one of the Best Lawyers in America in commercial litigation and one of Tulsa’s Top Lawyers. He is rated as “AV Preeminent” by Martindale Hubbell.
